Who should attend the Audit Skills Workshop?
- Experienced auditors of any business or organisation certified to, using, or implementing an Annex SL standard, this includes: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 45001:2018 and AS9100 (or a combination of them).
- Delegates must have had prior training in an Annex SL based standard to at least a Foundation level.
What will you learn on the Audit Skills Workshop?
Delegates will participate in a live simulated audit of a case study consisting of:
- Preparing for an audit – audit programme, plan and checklists
- Performing the audit – conducting a live simulated audit including gathering information, interviewing skills, holding an opening meeting, gathering evidence of capability and performance
- Reporting the audit – audit report, non-conformities, closing meeting, providing audit feedback to the supplier of audit findings
- Revisiting the audit – audit follow-up activities

- A combination of tutor led sessions interspersed with activities, discussions, and knowledge sharing.

- Delegates will be assessed on their participation and general performance during the workshop, including any interactive exercises and activities.
