The trainer made the course for me, he was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot, he was very clear in his explanations and kept it light hearted and funny which helped with my nerves. Would definitely attend another one of his courses.

I would like to make a very positive comment on the Instructor. As we know, regulations and standards can be at times a somewhat ‘dry’ subject matter. However, the tutors facilitating skills and methods made the course interesting and very well structured.

The trainer was a very knowledgeable individual who resorted to a host of teaching techniques to make the course topics captivating, enjoyable and easy to understand. It was a blessing and a privilege to have him as a trainer.

I was a bit sceptical at first with the course being conducted remotely, however, it was just the same as being in the Classroom after all. The tutor was super engaging, full of real-world examples and some added humour to keep it as light as possible.

Instructor fully engaged and knowledgeable making a dry course entertaining and a pleasure to attend.
