Gap Analysis
One of the biggest challenges businesses face is ensuring that their ISO management system adheres to the requirements of the ISO Standard.
At Batalas, we can support you by conducting a Gap Analysis of your ISO Management System. You will receive a report highlighting any requirements (e.g., documentation, processes) that don’t meet the requirements of the ISO/AS Management System Standard; this report is a valuable tool in identifying non-conformity.

Firstly, we will arrange a phone call with one of our ISO Management System experts, whereby they will assess your needs and advise if the Gap Analysis will meet your objectives and requirements.Â
We will then arrange a convenient date to visit your workplace and conduct a Gap Analysis of your ISO/AS management system. Alternatively, if you are part of a small organisation with your management system policies in a digital format, we can conduct a Gap Analysis online via a virtual meeting platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Â
To conduct the Gap Analysis, we will require access to your ISO/AS management system and documentation, i.e. business manual, policies, records, previous audit reports, etc…Â
Following our review, we will provide a Gap Analysis report highlighting any gaps in your ISO/AS management system – the report is a valuable tool to help you make updates to your management system to improve conformity levels and remain certified.Â
We will provide a detailed Gap Analysis report of our findings, which will be emailed after the review.
