A management system is the framework for managing and continually improving your organization’s policies, procedures and processes, regardless of your size or industry. It is used to ensure that an organization can fulfill it’s objectives, in areas such as:
- satisfying the customer’s quality requirements
- complying with regulations, or
- meeting environmental objectives.
Management system standards help by providing a standard model to follow in setting up and operating a management system. This model incorporates the features on which experts in the field have reached a consensus as being the international state of the art.

- ISO 9001 – Quality
- ISO 14001 – Environmental
- OH&S 18001 – Occupational Health and Safety
- ISO 13485 – Medical Devices
- AS 9100 – Aerospace
- TS 16949 – Automotive
