A training course for those wish to understand the principles of Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA). This 2-day course is primarily based upon the use of FMEA within the automotive industry, although the risk assessment and risk management principles can be applied to all types of organisation, both private and public sector.

Delegates completing the Batalas FMEA training course will be able to apply risk assessment and risk management techniques within their work environment to reduce the potential failures of processes and products. The training course includes both Design FMEA and Process FMEA.

The format of the FMEA course is highly interactive, with tutor-led sessions interspersed with individual and group exercises.
