Course Objectives

Delegates completing the Batalas ISO / TS 16949 internal auditing training course will be able to audit their quality management system for conformity to ISO / TS 16949, the effectiveness of their business processes, and to identify opportunities for improvement. Improving QMS performance and continual improvement are key elements of this internal auditing training course.

A training course suitable for those wishing to conduct internal audits to ISO / TS16949. This 2-day ISO / TS 16949 Internal Auditor training course enables delegates to interpret the requirements of the ISO / TS 16949 standard from an auditing perspective, conduct effective audits and produce audit findings. For those not familiar with the requirements of ISO / TS16949, or ISO 9001: 2008 upon which the automotive standard is based, we offer a ISO/TS 16949 foundation training course, or alternatively we provide a pre-course exercise to help you prepare for the course.

Course Format

The format of the ISO / TS16949 internal auditing training course is highly interactive, with tutor-led sessions interspersed with individual and group exercises. An automotive case study is used to practice auditing skills.

Certificate

A Batalas approved certificate for those who successfully complete all elements of the course, including written and practical skills assessment.
