ISO 9001:2015 specifically requires personnel to be competent – this course provides essential skills and knowledge to help delegates become fully competent auditors.
ISO 9001 is the most popular ISO Standard and forms the basis of many other ISO Standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 and AS9100. Organisations with certification to multiple ISO Standards may benefit from running an Integrated Management System; in this instance, an IMS Internal Auditor Course may be more suitable.

What is the format of the course?
- This ISO 9001 internal auditor training course combines informative sessions led by the tutor alongside engaging activities ( 25% theory and 75% practical).
- This highly interactive course includes extensive use of a case study to enable skills to be developed.

What is the course assessment?
- Delegates will be assessed on their participation and general performance during the course, including any interactive exercises, activities, case studies and audit simulation.
- To achieve this internal auditor qualification, delegates must also complete a short multiple-choice test on the final day.
- 100% course attendance is required (CQI and IRCA rules).

What certificate is provided?
- A CQI and IRCA certificate is provided after completing the course and passing the ISO 9001 Internal Auditor exam.
