ISO specifically requires personnel to be competent-this course provides essential skills and knowledge to help delegates become fully competent auditors.
During this Integrated Management System auditor training course, delegates will be taught an overview of process-based ISO management systems standards that are based on the Annex SL structure. The course briefly refers to ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 14001:2015 EMS, and ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 can be included on request for in-house bookings only).
Please note that the course is not designed to cover the specific clauses of each ISO Standard; if you require in-depth knowledge, please see the relevant ISO foundation training course. Alternatively, if you have a team that requires a basic understanding of several ISO standards, we can offer a 1-day combined foundation course prior to this IMS Internal Auditor course (available on request, for in-house bookings only).

What is the format of the course?
- This informative and engaging course combines tutor-led sessions and activities to secure knowledge and skills (approx. 25% theory and 75% practical).
- Extensive use of a case study is used to enable skills to be developed.

What is the course assessment?
- Delegates will be assessed based on their general commitment and engagement with the course.
- On the final day of the IMS auditor course there will be a short test.
- Delegates are required to attend 100% of the course.
