We are pleased to announce that this years IRCA Surveillance audit was passed with flying colours.
As an IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) Approved Training Organization we are audited every 12 months by IRCA’s own auditors.
In short, IRCA’s role is to:
- improve the standard of auditors and auditor training
- promote best practice in auditing
- instill confidence in accredited certification world-wide by improving the performance of auditors
Therefore these surveillance audits are very important as they check that Batalas is delivering training courses that meet IRCA’s exacting standards.
The audit comes in 2 parts, an office audit and a training course audit.
For the office audit, we are audited on things such as:
- our own Quality Management System Manual
- our website content
- how we process bookings
- our course administration
- material production
- certificate generation
For the training course audit, we are audited on things such as:
- standard of training venue
- tutor knowledge of subject
- presentation skills
- types of exercises and examples that we use
- exam
- overall quality of training course
