We appreciate that you still have training requirements, but could be feeling apprehensive to book on a course – you may be wondering “what precautions are in place?” or “what happens if I can’t attend?

The safety of delegates is our top priority and we want you to feel comfortable during your training. We hope the following FAQ’s offer reassurance that our courses are being managed with care and understanding:

“What safety measures will be in place at the training venue?”

Our training venues are all operating in accordance with Government COVID-19 guidance and have policies and processes in place to ensure you feel safe during your visit. Please click on the following links to find out what you can expect from each venue:

“What happens if I book on a course but can’t attend due to government self-isolation rules?”

If you are unable to attend one of our public courses (in-person or virtual) due to government instruction, please contact the training team on 0333 700 9001 or email training@batalas.com – we can then discuss your options and look at a potential course transfer to a future date to suit you.

“Do you have any online courses I can do from home?”

Yes, we have converted all of our courses so they can be taken from home. We have two learning formats:

Virtual Training – Still take the same amazing course with a live tutor, but instead of travelling to a training venue, you access the course via Zoom – click here for more information

Online Training – Offering complete flexibility, you can study from home on a date and time to suit you – click here for more information

“I don’t know if my business will still have budget for training, can you still hold a place on the course for me?”

Don’t worry, we can book a provisional place for you! Please email training@batalas.com with the details of which course you would like to attend, and we will hold this for you whilst you wait for approval from your employer.

“I’d like to book on a course, but I can’t make payment as this needs to go via my finance department. Can you help?”

Yes, we offer a ‘book now, pay later’ policy. You can book via our website without needing to pay straight away – simply select ‘invoice’ as the payment option or email us at training@batalas.com. Once we receive your booking an invoice will then be sent via email which you can forward to your finance team.
