We are excited to announce that Batalas has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Customer Service Award at this year’s ‘News Business Excellence Awards 2018’. The awards provide a platform to recognise, reward and celebrate successful companies and professional individuals that achieve business excellence in their field. Now in their seventeenth year, the awards are open to any industry sector and offer 15 different categories ranging from ‘International development award’ to ‘Apprentice of the year’.
At Batalas we have delivered auditor training for over 50 years and believe the key to our longevity is the fantastic relationship we have with our customers. As a privately owned, family run business, we pride ourselves on delivering a personal service to every course delegate; it’s wonderful to have this recognised by being shortlisted for this year’s Customer Service Award!
The winner of each category will be announced at a black-tie award ceremony later this month – we can’t wait to attend and wish the best of luck to all the nominees.
