An excellent trainer who was able to apply the material to our business in a very effective & constructive way!

There was a lot of participation encouraged which kept everyone engaged, constant referrals to the ISO which made me feel more familiar with the document and how to use it, and the audit role play was excellent and exactly what we needed to get a bit of experience.

I really enjoyed the course and the trainer helped in making the training productive and interactive. I have learnt a lot from the course and will definitely recommend Batalas in the future. A last little thank you to our trainer, who was great!

Despite not generally enjoying role play activities, the simulated audit was a good way to learn. I enjoyed the trainers commitment to the various characters he was playing, plus the quick reactive thinking to our comments as auditors.
