I personally thought the course was very good as I said it engaged everyone in the training which is always positive.  The tutor was entertaining and very informative, definitely knows his subject material.

The trainer was great. Very clear on his direction and he made a boring topic entertaining. Overall it was great training.

The tutor was very knowledgeable, very engaging and had an excellent inclusive style which managed to get the whole group to contribute and feel they were important and that their views were very welcome.

This type of training session keeps the delegates interested, attentive while still learning the core of the Standard content.

Pre course was very good and relevant and definitely better prepared me to attend the Classroom training. Delegate manuals/handouts – these were very relevant, I most enjoyed the pictorials as this is my preferred method of learning.

The tutor was brilliant – really friendly and hilarious. I attended the 9001 foundation and internal auditor course with Batalas, and now the ISO 27001. I would always recommend Batalas to anyone who requires training.

The trainer was outstanding he kept a good pace was inclusive of everyone in the group, knowledgeable and professional.
