Batalas online course

What is the format of the course?

  1. After booking on the course, you will be emailed unique log-in details along with a link to the Digital Learning Portal – learning can then begin!
  2. You will be taught online via a series of interactive lessons, presentations, videos, animations and quizzes.
  3. After you have successfully completed the course, you will be emailed a PDF certificate.

You must have access to a fast and reliable internet connection, we recommend using the latest version of internet browser for optimal viewing.

Your computer will require audio equipment in the form of speakers/headphones.

We are proud to be the first company in the UK to have ISO 9001 Foundation Online with CQI IRCA certification. All other online courses are Batalas certified.

You will be assessed throughout the course via online activities and quizzes to ensure you have gained the necessary knowledge.

Yes, our online courses are perfect for team training; they are an easy and effective way to ensure everyone has the same knowledge with no time away from the office. Some companies use our online courses as part of their induction process for new employees!
