Why was the training required?
We had several needs:
- More internal audit resource – previously we had only 1 competent internal auditor
- Promote awareness of ISO9001 within the senior management team
- Improve our business process thinking
Why did you choose Batalas?
I was looking for auditor training for just me, I did a web search and contacted 4 providers. You and another independent were the only two who got back to me promptly. I was impressed with Anne’s (training advisor) honest and intelligent advice during my initial phone discussion and the competitive pricing so decided to give it a go.
After my training, it was obvious that I should arrange our own internal training to improve our competence, and it was obvious that I should use Batalas and Gary (tutor) for this.
