In 2016, IRCA became a specialist division of the CQI which established a strong partnership, highly regarded by quality and auditing professionals worldwide.

CQI and IRCA work together to improve an organisation’s performance through increasing their capability in quality management. What does it mean to be a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Provider?

Batalas has been a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Provider since the scheme began in 2016.

To become certified, training providers must develop ISO training courses in accordance with an internationally recognised criteria (framework) set by CQI and IRCA; this not only establishes the correct course content for the learner but also stipulates the style of training, plus tutor suitability and experience. After receiving certified status, we must adhere to strict regulations whereby our documented processes are audited annually by CQI IRCA to ensure we continue to follow the course framework.

By following the CQI IRCA framework and offering certified ISO training, we can ensure we continue to teach delegates the required knowledge and skills by a qualified tutor in an appropriate delivery method.

What is CQI and IRCA Certified Training?

CQI and IRCA certified training courses are based on the CQI’s Competency framework, which provides an overview of the competencies quality professionals require to do their jobs effectively.

Training encompasses the knowledge and capability requirements of the two membership brands, (CQI and IRCA), including governance, assurance and improvement.
