LEAN Awareness Training
A training course for those who wish to understand the principles and benefits of a LEAN organisation. This 1-day LEAN organisation training course is aimed at managers and staff who either wish to understand LEAN principles or they may be contemplating utilising LEAN philosophy within their own environment.
