Leadership Skills Training

The Batalas Leadership Skills training course is aimed at those who understand the basics of good management and now wish to explore the skills of leadership. Whilst the difference between leadership and management is often blurred we aim to show that leadership skills can be acquired and honed by many people.
The Batalas Leadership Skills training course helps participants to understand the key attributes of a leader and how these differ from and complement management skills. We will explore different leadership styles and how we use them in different situations. Being aware of your own leadership strengths and weaknesses provides an important step in improving your leadership skills and your personal effectiveness. Those attending the Leadership Skills training course will also develop their own personal plan to improve and fine tune their leadership skills.
