The 5S approach, sometimes referred to as CANDO, is based on the elimination of the 7 Wastes and therefore this 5S training courses starts with an appreciation of 7 wastes. The origins of 5S may be seen being based in manufacturing but the 5S principles have, and continue to, be employed in almost every aspect of work. This 1-day 5S training course is aimed at managers and staff who wish to utilise the 5S approach within their own environment to improve workplace performance.
