5s & 7 Wastes Training
A training course for those who wish to understand the use of the 5S approach to organisation of the workplace. The 5S approach, sometimes referred to as CANDO, is based on the elimination of the 7 Wastes and therefore this 5S training courses starts with an appreciation of 7 wastes. The origins of 5S may be seen being based in manufacturing but the 5S principles have, and continue to, be employed in almost every aspect of work. This 1-day 5S training course is aimed at managers and staff who wish to utilise the 5S approach within their own environment to improve workplace performance.
The Batalas public course schedule features a 1 day 5S training course which is suitable for people from all work environments as we discuss and show examples of how 5S can be applied to many different situations and work environments.
