Supervisory & Team Leader Skills Training
The Batalas Supervisory & Team Leader Skills training course is for people who are either new to the managerial/supervisory role, or those managers who need to improve their management skills. We will discuss the role of the manager/supervisor and explore the key skills of communication, delegation, planning and time management. Our tutor will provide feedback which will help you focus on key issues which will dramatically improve your Supervisory Skills. At the end of the training course you will develop a personal action plan to help you refine your Supervisory / Team Leader Skills back in the work environment.
