Batalas and John Evans Management Centre have significant experience in supporting organisations in the public and private sector both in the UK and in many countries of the world.

Manufacturing

Batalas has assisted over 3,500 manufacturing companies in the UK to become registered to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. We have conducted productivity improvements assignments in several hundred companies. Our training courses have been attended by well in excess of 250,000 people.

Automotive Sector

We have provided support to many automotive manufacturers at all levels in the supply chain. Performance improvement projects utilising JIT, process improvement, LEAN, 5S etc. have been implemented in many organisations. Both training and consultancy advice have been provided to over 100 companies seeking registration to ISO / TS 16949 (and QS 9000)

Aerospace

We provide training to aerospace industry manufacturers seeking to register to the AS 9100 international quality management system standard.

Public Sector

Batalas provides training programmes for the Royal Air Force, Royal, Navy, Food Standards Agency, MoD, many NHS trusts and local authorities.

International

Working with our partner organisations Batalas has led many international consulting and training programmes throughout the world, with many recent projects being funded by EU and the World Bank.
