Batalas provides consultancy and training services within the business to business environment. The purpose of this statement is to describe how Batalas Limited uses information that we may obtain about you.

How BATALAS protects your privacy:

	1	When you send BATALAS an enquiry or booking from via our web site you may be asked to provide your contact details. We will use this data in order to deal with your request and may use it to inform you by e-mail, telephone or mail about other BATALAS products and services.
	2	BATALAS will never share, sell or rent its contact data with third parties unless ordered by a court of law. However, we may occasionally send you information about a forthcoming event that we consider may be of interest to you.

BATALAS originally obtained your contact details in one of the following ways:

	5	We only obtain contact data from directories e.g. Local Government Directory, or respected list brokers. All list owners must be registered with the Data Protection Registrar in order to pass data onto any third parties.

 

Our policy in this area complies with all known privacy laws and BATALAS business ethics policy. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings regarding our articles and services.
